Matt Kassel

Prior to ASM, Matt was at the forefront in engaging conversations with the biggest soccer clubs from around the world. He was player of the year in New Jersey and a First-Team All-American at University of Maryland while winning the NCAA Division 1
National Championship. He went on to play professional soccer for 5 years. With his proven relationship ability, knowledge and experience in the industry, Matt will be essential in leading ASM.

Tim Kassel

(Chief Operating Officer)

Tim brings over 28 years and hundreds of international soccer games and experiences with him. Prior to ASM, his career spans over several senior positions including World Cup 1994 and Major League Soccer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and operational expertise to any soccer competition or event. Tim is crucial to the operational success of ASM.

Joe Bencivenga

(CFO – Chief Financial Officer)

Joe brings over 35 years of senior management experience. His management roles have included Chief Executive Officer, President and Finance & Strategy positions. His experience includes capital raising, business analysis, strategy, capital structure, corporate responsibility, financial reporting, restructuring, and creditor/debtor rights, as well as numerous board appointments in a wide spectrum of industries.

Michael has management experience in both the public and private sectors in senior leadership and strategy positions. His experience is diverse and spans private company board positions, restructuring situations and private company exits. He also has built a leading national advisory team in the not-for-profit space. He has founded multiple companies that encompass business development, management services and media content creation. His unique business background and relationships allow him to identify quality teams and create value.
