Mike is a 23-year seasoned Law Enforcement Executive Responsible for a $400 million Budget, Strategic Planning, Labor Relations and Daily Crisis Management. Prior Position, Chief of Counter Terrorism Port Authority Police Department, Oversight and Management of Port Authority Personnel assigned To Joint Terrorism Federal Task Forces in both New York and New Jersey, tasked with Implementation and Operational Management of Counter Terrorism    measures after 9/11.

Recent Accomplishment

June 2024 – ICC T20 Men’s World Cup in Nassau County, NY engaged Mike to be Operations Director Safety & Security, responsible for the direct planning and oversite of the interior and perimeter areas security plan. Coordinated with federal agencies on player movements and customs needs. Developed an Emergency Management plan for the event inclusive of tabletop planning session with all public and private stakeholders.
